Hold daily 10 minute meetings & weekly 20 minute meetings with staff to ensure proper & safe handling of vehicles and equipment. Utilize these meetings to update the staff on upcoming events, for training & follow-up of any issues that need to be addressed to minimize cost and increase efficiency. Ensure that all trucks are loaded & unloaded properly, including safely tying in the merchandise & tagging of the equipment. Maintain warehouse and trailers in a neat and orderly fashion with aisle ways kept free of merchandise and other items at all times.
